1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, digital products, and goods provided by ExecTopNow (“we,” “us,” “our”), headquartered at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, The Corniche, West Bay, P.O. Box 24667, Doha, Qatar. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

Our services include executive education programs, coaching sessions, workshops, and consulting designed to enhance leadership and management capabilities. Scheduling, fees, and duration for each service will be specified in the relevant agreement or registration form.

3. Digital Products

Digital products refer to ebooks, online courses, reports, and other electronically delivered materials. Access details and any usage restrictions will be provided at the time of purchase or enrollment.

4. Goods

Goods include branded materials, printed guides, and merchandise available for purchase. Product descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines will be stated in the order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment methods accepted are credit card and bank transfer. All fees are quoted in Qatari rial. Invoices will include our Business ID CR-823976.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

6.1.1 Executive Education Programs: You may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the program start date. We will process the refund by crediting the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

6.1.2 Coaching Sessions: One-on-one coaching packages are tailored to individual schedules and resources. As such, these sessions are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the appointment without additional charge.

6.2 Digital Products

Digital products are available immediately upon purchase. Given the nature of electronic delivery, no refunds are offered once download or access credentials have been provided. If access has not yet been enabled, you may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase, and we will reimburse the payment to the same method used.

6.3 Goods

If a physical product is defective or does not conform to the description, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment source within 30 days of confirmation. You are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form or by calling +97470644798. Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee or may not be accommodated.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by ExecTopNow are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExecTopNow shall not be liable for any indirect or unforeseen harm arising from your use of our services, products, or goods.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doha, Qatar.

12. Amendments
